We’ve had the unfortunate luck of picking up screws in two different tires over the past couple of weeks from living in a new-build subdivision. Both times, the team at this Firestone location was extremely friendly, got us in quickly, and repaired the tires properly. Great service, fair treatment, and an easy experience both visits. I really appreciate how helpful and efficient everyone was. Highly recommend this location!

Corbin did an incredible job handling my flat tire repair under a tight deadline. I was leaving for vacation the next day and needed to head to the airport by 1:00 PM. Corbin immediately diagnosed the issue and promised it would be ready the next morning. True to his word, I received a notification early the next day that the tire was fixed. To top it off, Corbin even put the tire back on my car for me. He was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. Firestone exceeded my expectations and gave me total peace of mind before my trip!

They saw a senior citizen and took advantage of me. Charged an exorbitant amount for a simple oil change. Don't go here. Iwas also told I needed to replace my battery immediately and that would cost $300. My police officer son advised me to take it to Autozone and have the battery tested. It is fine. They just wanted to get more money from me that I don't have. Very ANGRY. I will NEVER go back.

As far as the mechanic side is concerned, I have no complaints. They have always been quick, respectful, and transparent regarding the upkeep and light repairs I have needed. I haven't had any major repairs down at this location. The inside is a little dusty and the seating is sparce/not ideal. This last time I dropped off the car rather than waiting inside and that was much better.

I had the best experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care thanks to Zach and his friendly staff! From the moment I arrived, they were ready for me and made the entire process incredibly stress-free. They expedited my service without compromising quality, and their thoroughness truly exceeded my expectations. Now, my car drives and performs so much better! If you're looking for a speedy, professional, and caring team for your auto care needs, I highly recommend Zach and the crew at Firestone Complete Auto Care. Thank you for a fantastic experience! And with another appointment several months later.....I cannot recommend Jacob and the incredibly talented crew at Firestone on Bryant in Edmond enough. I brought my Toyota 4Runner in for an alignment, and they didn’t just do a standard job—they truly went above and beyond.Getting the alignment dialed in perfectly on a 4Runner can be tricky, but Jacob handled it with absolute precision. He noticed the newly installed lower control arms and ball joints along with new alignment adjustment cams that moved a "little too freely", however he was able to zero in on the factory specs and lock them in. It drives completely straight, tight, and s
